Mineral Insulated (MI) thermocouple probes are suitable for a wide range of industrial processes.
A Type K probe, made from half tolerance material with a 3mm diameter, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 metres long, Inconel sheathed with a plain pot seal and 75mm twisted pair 7/0.2 PFA insulated tails (bare lead ends without a plug).
These thermocouples are AMS 2750 and Nadcap compliant and suitable for Secondary Standard, Temperature Uniformity Surveys, System Accuracy Tests (3.1.6), Control Recording and Monitoring and Load . Each thermocouple has a unique label attached, giving full traceability to a UKAS Calibration Certificate, which gives the calibration results of the two samples for each end of the roll used to make the thermocouples.
Temperature Ranges: -180°C to +1200°C (20 - 1100°C for continuous use)
Batch Calibration Points: 100 to 1200°C, at every 100°C
One Calibration Certificate is supplied with every order.
Note: These temperatures apply to the MI sheath, the pot seal temperature should not exceed 135°C.
