Portable TUS Survey Recorders
TMS Europe manufactures a range of portable recorders for temperature uniformity surveys of furnaces, ovens and other heat-treatment processes. Our DataEzze recorders combine TMS Europes enhanced measurement solutions with the time-tested data acquisition technology of either Eurotherm or ABB.
Offering enhanced performance for thermocouple measurements, they feature technical solutions to overcome the often draughty, unpredictable and constantly changing ambient temperature of the real-world environments in which they must be used. And furthermore, combat the heat generated by the recorder itself, which often creates significant cold-junction measurement errors, due to the temperature gradient, on many off-the-shelf recorders, data loggers and acquisition systems.
TMS Europe has over 40 years experience in calibration and surveying, with our team of calibration engineers servicing customers sites throughout a diverse range of industries and applications. And in our UKAS (ISO 17025) accredited calibration laboratory, we have seen first-hand the wide array of recording and data logging solutions. With their varying performance in answering the questions posed by the challenges of thermocouple temperature measurement. This experience has enabled us to take some of the best temperature data recording technology on the market, and further enhance it into solutions fully tailored for surveying to highly demanding specifications, such as AMS 2750, even in the most difficult environments.
Our range is designed with rugged metal cases for true portability around industrial plants. All have common plug-in sensor connectors, so no wiring is needed saving time and improving reliability. They are mains powered, with universal voltage input, they can be 110V powered where the site safety policy, or availability, requires.
The DataEzze DEE and DER models have a built in touch-screen for live and historic trend viewing, and can also be connected to a computer when desired. The DataEzze DEV models have no display, so act as a blind logger, and instead rely on a laptop, netbook or tablet being connected to view and export data.
The 2750 models meet the requirements of AMS 2750 for TUS and include UKAS calibration as standard. For other models calibration is optional, but still competitively priced. Special pricing is offered for a regular calibration package, for working to standards like AMS 2750.
