Infrared Pyrometers & Cameras from DIAS
DIAS Infrared GmbH is a leader in the field of industrial infrared systems with over 30 years of practical and technical experience in infrared technology. TMS Europe represents them as their UK & Eire distributor.
DIAS PYROLINE infrared line cameras offer high-speed non-contact measurement of temperature distributions. They are specially designed for long-term use in fixed-mounted applications. With an uncooled infrared linear array of 128 or 256 pixels you can perform non-contact measurement with 256 lines per second (512 lines per second optional) in temperature ranges from 0 °C to 1300°C.
DIAS infrared thermal imaging camera are specially designed for long term use in fixed-mount applications. The DIAS PYROVIEW range provides non-contact temperature measurements, from -20°C to 2500°C, of two-dimensional temperature distributions with high thermal and spatial resolution.
For general infrared temperature measurements the spectral ranges from 8 µm to 14 µm and 3 µm to 5 µm are available. The spectral range 4.8 µm to 5.2 µm is particularly suitable for the measurement of temperature distributions in glass. The spectral range around 3.9 µm is suitable for measurements through flames and flue gas. High temperatures can be measured at 0.8 µm to 1.1 µm, for metal and special applications.
These infrared thermal cameras, in conjunction with special software, are also available as Fire Detection Systems and have been trialled by one UK National Park to help prevent moorland fires.
TMS's calibration laboratory can UKAS calibrate infrared pyrometers and thermal cameras between -30°C and 1500°C and we also offer calibration and servicing on site.
