Type K Hand-held Insertion/Penetration Thermocouple Probe

Type K thermocouple penetration probe. Consisting of a stainless steel steath with a pointed tip and a heavy duty ribbed handle, they have an IEC colour coded curly lead and type K mini plug. Response time is less than three seconds (depending on the indicator they are used with).

These temperature probes are offer used by the food industry and are suitable for general purpose applications including liquids, semi-solids and granular materials.

These probes are also available with different colour coded end caps to be used to identify either ownership or intended purpose and are useful for complying with HACCP food regulations. Please contact us for more details.
